  Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging and securely wrap them to prevent damage during transit.

  Send your package via a tracked courier service of your choice; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
